Peanut Oil, Coconut Oil, Sesame Oil, Safflower Oil and Niger Seed Oil are all Ganuga or Bull driven Oils. We use organic seeds to generate oils using ganuga process. The yield of oils processed this way is less. So we have to charge a higher price. In addition, we also get oils in steel containers. So we use glass bottles in our Houston warehouse, bottle the oil, pack carefully to avoid damages during shipping. All these increases the costs. For several of our customers in houston, they bring bottles or containers to fill oils. Our goal is to avoid plastic as much as possible in oils delivery. We are also working to reduce the costs by providing users option to select reusable bottle or even plastic bottles.

First of all we would like to apologize for the delay and inconvenience delays causes to our customers. Some times it is our of our hands and we try to communicate as best as we can to our customers.

We are flooded with orders some times and though we stringently work to process, delays happen due to the timing  (holidays and long weekends). We are working to improve the process to respond quickly to the influx of orders and be ready to ship with 24 to 48 hours max.

The orders that include oils are delayed as they require special packing and urgency will not help our cause. So we take more than 24-48 hours to ship Oil orders.
