We are no longer offering the free shipping for or orders $75 and over, shipped within the USA. The shipping address must accept USPS deliveries to take advantage of the offer. The shipping rates are shown to you on the checkout page. If your package returns due to an incorrect shipping address, you have the choice to pay the shipping to get the package reshipped to the correct address or get a refund on your order with the subtraction of the original shipping cost.
We ship all orders within 3-7 business days. In some instances, especially oils, order processing may be delayed due to backlog or extra care we take to package the order.
International Orders: Please contact us to get our products outside the US. We can ship to Canada, but double check with us before placing the order. We also export our products to other countries from our India Warehouse. Please contact us with more details.
US Postal Service: We use Priority Mail service from USPS. The delivery time is 2-3 days to any US address. International shipping time varies by the country it is shipped to. Details are available on www.usps.com.
Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel. We ship the orders from Houston, Texas, USA. Shipping is not a profit center for us. We don’t even cover our shipping and packaging costs in most cases. Unlike many other online retailers, we can’t offer any free shipping. The reason is that many such retailers cover the shipping cost by charging you more for the products. We provide you the products at best possible rate.
How to save money on shipping? Shipping for multiple items is more economical and often costs only a bit more than shipping a single item. We also offer you Flat Rate shipping using US Postal Service. You will see this shipping option during checkout.
Packaging Material: We minimize the amount of packing material used while ensuring that your package arrives safely. We use recycled and biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible.

Returns: If you refuse the order or if the carrier was not able to deliver it, we will give a full refund less the shipping charges.
If you receive the order and you are not satisfied with it, you can return the merchandise in original packaging within 14 days along with the receipt. Once we receive your package, we will refund the amount charged of the items returned. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
We want our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our products.
